Accessibility Statement
Pairly is committed to making private dining genuinely accessible. We design and test the site against WCAG 2.1 AA and continue to improve as we learn from our community.
What we test for
Keyboard navigability, sufficient colour contrast against the navy/lavender palette, focus indicators on every interactive element, screen-reader labels for icons, and motion-reduction respect via prefers-reduced-motion.
Known gaps
The chef portal calendar and analytics charts are partially screen-reader friendly — we're rebuilding them with proper ARIA roles in the next sprint. The AI concierge transcript is text-first but the input doesn't yet announce inflight responses.
Booking accessibility
Tell your chef about access needs at booking — entry steps, dietary accessibility, sensory considerations. Pairly chefs are briefed to plan around them.
Tell us when we fall short
Email accessibility@pairly.com or use the feedback button at the bottom of any signed-in page. We aim to respond within five business days.
